Refund & Pricing Policy
At Acute Advisory Inc. we can review and alter the cost of our Subscriptions/
Reports/Services any time without giving any notice to any of the members.
According to our Refund Policy, you will not be entitled any refund if you wish or decide to
cancel the membership or our subscription after the 7 days of getting onboard with our
services or availing our membership. Refund will be initiated only in case the customer
decides to cancel the subscription within the 7 days of taking our subscription. Please note
we only refund new and basic members; Clients who have already upgraded, refund is not
applicable for them. If you subscribe to our services except platinum special service, you will
be entitled for the refund within the 7 days period only, post 7 days no refund will be initiated.
The money back guarantee is applicable only for new subscribers, not to past or existing
subscribers.
To be more precise, when you upgrade your services from Basic Subscription namely US
equity & Technology Report, Investors Report, Energy & Mining Report, Penny stocks Report,
Global Commodity Technical Analysis Report OR IPO Report TO Platinum Special Service
you become the existing customer hence no refund will be processed.

recorded and monitored for quality, training and research perspective.
Complaint Resolution
In Acute Advisory Inc., Our main objective is not only to provide you the best research
but we also commit to provide you the excellent service. For any complaint or query, we
encourage you to inform us with full details. Looking at the nature of the complaint, you
will assisted by Customer Support Team, Billing team , Legal Team or Account
Managers. We will aim to resolve the query within 7 business days of receipt of
complaint.
